What can be raised?

A pattern of small holes are drilled into the sunken slabs.
A mixture of limestone and water (mud) is pumped under the slab. Once any void is filled, the mud becomes pressurized and hydraulically raises the slab to the desired height.
The holes are then patched with cement.
